Ready to become a mentor?
That's great news! This is all about getting businesses helping each other and deciding to become a mentor is the first step. The next step is to undertake our 'Introduction to Enterprise Mentoring' training. This training ensures that you're prepared to take on the role of a mentor. It will introduce you to the skills and knowledge you'll need to be an effective enterprise mentor.
Access Your Free Mentor Training
The training programme can be accessed in one of two ways:
Workshops
We are running free training workshops in towns and cities across the UK.
Online/Distance Learning
We've also developed an online/distance version of the workshop for those who can't make it to a workshop.

Raise awareness
Let us know what you're doing so that we can feature it on our website. This will inspire others and increase the profile of mentoring. We're currently looking for Case Studies of good mentoring practice. Contact us at casestudies@getmentoring.org to find out more.
