That's great news! This is all about getting businesses helping each other and deciding to become a mentor is the first step. The next step is to undertake our free 'Introduction to Enterprise Mentoring' training. This training ensures that you're prepared to take on the role of a mentor. It will introduce you to the skills and knowledge you'll need to be an effective enterprise mentor.

The training programme can be accessed in one of two ways:
Workshops
We are running free training workshops in towns and cities across the UK.
Online/Distance Learning
We've also developed an online/distance version of the workshop for those who can't make it to a workshop.
As part of the Get Mentoring project we are also working with key partners to deliver training through additional local workshops. This may be part of a wider mentoring offer or programme.
