In addition to those Mentoring Organisations on Mentorsme interested in sourcing mentors, organisations across the UK that have been tasked with providing mentoring support via the New Enterprise Allowance Initiative are also interested in finding new mentors.

New Enterprise Allowance is a new Department for Work and Pensions initiative designed to support people that are unemployed and are thinking of starting up their own business or becoming self-employed. The programme provides support from business advisors and mentors in developing their business plan prior to commencing trading.

New Enterprise Allowance mentoring can offer a truly rewarding opportunity to work with a jobseeker interested in setting up a new business, helping them build a business plan, start trading and providing them with on-going support.
